Catering Options at West Acre

Private Dining and having ready made food delivered is one of the most popular activities at West Acre, we have a range of local chef’s and suppliers who can supply a huge variety of catering  options. When you book with us we will send you our electronic guide which contains all our recommended chefs and suppliers.

Dine at home options

  • We have a range of recommended local chefs who know our kitchen and who we know provide an excellent service for our guests. We have had great feedback and reviews from guests who have used our recommended chef’s. Our chefs can provide a huge range of dine at home options from a multi course taster menu to a simpler 2 course meal, Our chefs can do as little or as much as you like.
  • One of our chef’s was a quarter finalist in MasterChef and another trained at the local Michelin star Roots restaurant in York.
  • Our Chef’s will cook the food, serve the food and do all the cleaning up after they have finished, you just sit back and enjoy restaurant level food brought to you at home.
  • We act as an intermediary service, booking is not through us, our guests book what they want directly with the chef and their contract is with the chef not Celebration Holiday Homes.
  • Guests can source their own chef, but in this case we ask that the chef’s details are passed to us. A third party can only cater at West Acre if they have shown us they have the necessary insurance and when we have discussed our requirements and kitchen facilities with them.

  • Our chefs and a number of local suppliers we know can provide just about anything our guests could want.
  • Our suppliers can come in to cook breakfast, Sunday lunch, cook a BBQ with style, provide a buffet lunch, grazing platters, or a scrumptious afternoon tea. All these options and more are available.

Locally  ready made drop off meals

  • If you do not fancy cooking but want a freshly made meal rather than a take away that you just heat up our suppliers can provide this.
  • Our suppliers have a range of freshly made options perfect for a group, these include, lasagne, stew, cottage pie, curry etc.
  • Our chefs can also drop off meals for you to finish off and can drop off sharing platters and grazing feasts too.
  • BBQ drop off boxes with your choice of BBQ meats/veggies and so many delicious salads and sides to choose from always goes down well in the summer.
