Good and practical accessibility facilities are at the very heart of West Acre, when we originally built West Acre it was our family home. We designed the house with particular consideration for the needs of one of our son’s who is a wheelchair user. When we decided to convert West Acre into a holiday let, we made the decision to develop this theme further. Vicki is a qualified nurse with extensive experience in continuing health care so has a passion for this area. One thing we as a team know more than most is just how difficult it is to find high quality accessible accommodation.
We believe that with a little thought and planning making a property more accessible does not need to impact on the level of comfort and luxury that is on offer. Our approach is accessible luxury not having to make a choice between luxury or accessibility.
Whether any of our guests are unsteady on their feet, use a wheelchair or have any other access requirements, we are there to help, we understand that no two disabilities or accessibility needs are ever the same. We urge all guests thinking about coming to stay with us to give us a ring and we will discuss their specific individual needs and what we can best do to suit them. We have many options we can offer, and we can often re-configure the layout of the house or any particular areas to suit the individual needs of our guests.
We have a full access statement that is available on the link below.
