West Acre Scores an Exceptional 98% in Our Visit England Assessment
We’re delighted to share some wonderful news to round off an incredible year at West Acre — during our recent Visit England Quality Assessment, we were awarded an outstanding 98% score. This places West Acre among some of the highest-rated holiday homes in the country, and we couldn’t be more proud.
As a holiday home we have really committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience so we are over the moon with this result.
What the Visit England Assessment Means
Visit England visit West Acre every year to complete an inspection on the holiday home from a guests point of view. The inspection covers all sorts of areas including; cleanliness, facilities and amenities, and the overall guest experience.
Achieving 98% reflects our commitment to maintaining a holiday home that our guests have come to expect and love to return to. This outstanding assessment score comes just a few months after West Acre was awarded the prestigious Visit England ROSE Award.
For us the assessment is really helpful as it’s always great to get a new pair of eyes on the property who can spot things we might miss on a daily basis.
How We Continue to Keep Standards High
We are always looking at ways to improve West Acre and make it into the best property it can be. Over the last year we’ve made a number of big changes to ensure West Acre remains one of the best holiday homes in the region. Recent upgrades include:

Fully refreshed bedding and pillows across the property

Ongoing improvements across the house to maintain a luxury feel
