We politely ask that all our guests read our requests/rules for West Acre, we try not want to cover the house and gardens with signs of what not to do.

We have a list of our rules/requests for guests that we hope you will see as perfectly reasonable:

1. Whilst we look over open fields, we have neighbours close by, we ask that all of our guests are respectful to our neighbours, being especially aware of noise levels after 10pm. Our noise policy is separately noted below and we ask that you read this.
2. Fireworks, firepits, portable BBQ’s and Chinese lanterns are all forbidden at West Acre.
3. Whilst we allow additional reasonable numbers of additional visitors through the day (please let us know), overnight occupancy rates must not be exceeded beyond what has been agreed and booked.
4. The visiting party must be no more than the number of people that the property has been booked for, any changes must be agreed with Celebration Holiday Homes before the start of your break.
5. We ask that the hot tub and sauna are not used until after the welcome meeting, we ask that the safety guidance that is sent is read before use and that the rules and instructions for the Hot tub and sauna are adhered to.
6. If you want to bring your dogs, this must have been agreed with us first and all guests should follow the dog rules in our Dog Friendly guide.
7. We ask that all children and any vulnerable adults are suitably supervised, especially when using the play area or on the top terrace.

Noise Policy

Whilst we are set back from the houses on the main road and we look over open fields on two sides of the garden, we are still in a residential neighbourhood. We have had some noise complaints from our neighbours in the past, since then we have made a commitment to our neighbours to ensure that all our guests are aware of our rules and their responsibility to our neighbours. We therefore ask that you respect our neighbours and keep noise levels to an acceptable level. We have the following specific requests:

• Please have consideration at all times for our neighbours whilst you are at West Acre, especially when you are outside
• After 10pm we ask that our guests are particularly considerate in respect of outside noise levels especially on the garden patio and sun terrace, please note noise can carry particularly at night. We ask that after 10pm, there is no music played outside, there are no games played outside and that any outside noise levels are kept to a minimum.
• If you are playing music inside the house after 10pm, we ask that you keep the volumes to a reasonable level and always ensure that all the windows are properly closed.
• If coming back late, either walking or by taxi, please be aware of the noise levels whilst you are coming into the house.

If we get noise complaints from our neighbours we will have no choice but to deal with this, if the noise does not stop or has been particularly bad we may have no choice but to request that the property is immediately vacated.
